Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items purchased. 

1) When you're ready to return, email us at customerservice@catkittykitty.com or submit a Contact Us form.  Please provide your name, email address and reason for your return. If your item arrives damaged, please state that on your email or Contact Us form.  We will need a photo of the damaged or non-working product in order to process the return.    

2) You will get a response from our customer service representative within 24 hours. If we need any further clarification on your return, we will reach out to you via email.  

3) All international and domestic returns are approved, except for used or worn items. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 30 days to process your return or exchange.  If you simply changed your mind and need to return, please email customerservice@catkittykitty.com or submit a Contact Us form as well.    

4) Once you ship out the return and we receive it, we will issue you a refund on the payment method you used within 3-7 working days.  Please read our Refund Policy page.        

Please note:

  • Return shipping charges may be incurred and to be born by customer
  • Product must be unused or unworn for the return to be approved.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
